The Best Western Pembroke Inn & Conference Centre features over 4,000 square feet of well-appointed and flexible meeting space. Our Conference Centre is located on a dedicated level of the hotel and can comfortably accommodate up to 400 guests in a variety of meeting arrangements.  

The conference lobby features intimate conversation areas for casual discussion and relaxation. The Conference Level can be fully attended to by serving staff.

Martin Campbell Room 
  • A combination of the above two rooms by withdrawing a soundproof folding wall.  
 Grenville Whitney Room  
  • Adjacent to the conference lobby
  • Cozy atmosphere for small meeting groups

In addition to the Conference Level rooms, Best Western Pembroke Inn also has boardrooms and smaller meeting rooms available for up to 10 persons. Westwinds Restaurant can also accommodate private dining room for 8 guests.
